    week result- pan id="hidden9" alright so ive been doing this for about a week and guys im down to 134. 3! I do workout and eat healthier to help out with the process but omg! Do you guys want me to update weekly?
    everyones body is different though so my results might not be the same as yours but i recommend it

    week 2- i was 134. 3 and i went on the scale this morning and i was 129. 6!
    week 3- i havent been as consistent with it mainly because i lost a decent amount of weight so i mainly workout now but im down to 126. 2 so im going to stop now and just work on staying fit by eating healthier and exercising. I definitely recommend it
    ( a little trick i did was adding some either lemon juice or honey to the water & acv. It helps reduce the acv taste and makes it easier to drink)

    < okay it has been almost 2 weeks(12 jun) time for a little update:
    im 158cm tall, 54. 5 kg when i first started consuming acv. I eat intuitively, i dont count calories but most of the time i eat pretty healthy. During these two weeks, i didnt change anything about my diet, simply adding 1 tbsp of acv with water every morning and night (on an empty stomach) dined out twice (over 30 cal i guess) now im at 54. 2 kg. Honestly i dont think that 0. 3 kg credit to apple cider vinegar because its normal that my weight fluctuates a bit within a month.
    of course, if you workout + restrict your diet i believe youll see an obvious result but im too lazy for workouts so yeah

    @kchur43274 years ago It really works. I tried it with a dash of cayenne pepper and 1/4 lime in a full glass every morning 30. Mins before bfast and my stomach went down. I didnt work out but i ate less. The mixture helps curb appetite though.
