LIFE CHANGING ROUTINE - 30 days 10 habits

I've developed 10 habits and followed the strict schedule for 30 days. ____________________________________________________________________ It was my personal CHALLENGE that definitely lead to a major benefits: gave me structure, productivity, self growth, energy, affected my mood, killed my excuses and I simply can only be happy that I made this efforts and overcome some: - Fear (Fear of tasks, failure, being judge, not living up to our expectations) - Perfectionism (Adaptive or a maladaptive) - Self-sabotage (thinking about myself as a failure) - Overwhelm (Have a lot of stuff to do... And do nothing) _____________________________________________________________________ What I did everyday for 30 days. 1. Wake up at 7am 2. Running 3. Breathing Exercises 4. Workout 5. Stretching 6. Vocal exercises 7. Drawing/Art hour 8. Reading 9. Beauty Ritual 10. Cut sugar ______________________________________________________________________ The long story short - I did many projects which I should be proud of, but I measured the success via numbers, that was low, and felt down, lack of result decrees my motivation, I felt myself like a failure, procrastinated a lot, did't have any schedules, routines, no consistency, nothing, only overwhelming and and losing self belief. I don't wants gonna happened next, but in this very moment I feel way better than before and definetly will recommend similar experiment for others simply because I truly believe in its power through my own Experience. Artsy people agains planning, agains frames, schedules, rutines , BUT this mindset leading many people to no result. I believe that check lists are helpful, that better to plan with a reasonable timeline, To breakdown the large goals and doing the small tasks, spreading them out over the period of time (Consistency is the key to making progress into your goals!). motivation is hard to keep - but this challenges turning on some mechanism and you keep going. The only advice that I can give you guys Is - TO TRY at least insert in you life one more Habit, think personally what could be useful FOR YOU, and just try it NOW!
