One of the marks of a society in desperate need of awakening is when people have more hope in the government than they do in God. Can I tell you that no politician, no political party, no platform is the hope that you need or America needs. What we need is we need the sovereign God the creator of heaven and earth to provide the answer for the desperate situation we find ourselves in. Praise God for people who serve. But they're not the answer. They're not our hope. They're not the saviors. And so we've got to get our eyes off of that and get our eyes on him, because that's where the answer is found. That's where hope is found. There's nothing you can name under the sun for which the answer is not found in the name of Jesus.
