@Lymelady083 years ago Thank you so much Dr. Lori for telling me about my capodimonte candle holder! I also loved my video appraisal you did for me last week. My grandmother was so happy to hear how much her mother’s ring was worth! ( and yes even though I like MSU, I’ll say Go Blue for you lol). I’m unfortunately disabled from Lyme disease and stuck at home most of the time so watching your videos and learning all you teach has brightened my life so much. I just wanted to say thank you for all you do. The art and history nerd inside me is especially grateful 💜💜💜 ... 10

@mspitstoptoyou3 years ago RE: VALUES: Folks, it's very simple to search SOLD items on eBay. Whatever it is that you are searching for you take advantage of those filters just like you would when you are shopping or looking for current listings. If you scroll down on the filters, you will find a button that says "Sold" (and another "Completed" which are listings that have ended but not sold). Click on "Sold" and you will see what sold recently and for how much. As Dr. Lori always says, any savvy reseller knows you look at what items have sold for recently, not just what people are asking for on current listings. ... 6

@mystrie46633 years ago Today I purchased an original Ranulph Bye watercolor from Goodwill. Why? Because Dr Lori has an entire page explaining his background, his works, and history as an artist on her website. I'm excited to have it appraised by her and see if I got a "real bargain." We'll see. Maybe I overpaid. I'm sure she'll let me know! Either way, Dr Lori is a gem and I would have bypassed the painting if she wasn't sharing her wealth of knowledge with all of us. Thank you, Dr Lori!! ... 1
