Does Canon's color beat Sony's

Sony vs Canon in the battle of color science! (We are not scientists). This is a long standing war, so we went out with the new A7RIII and the 5D Mark IV to shoot in a few different lighting scenarios, and sat down for some side by side comparisons of our footage to see who is crowned the winner. These tests are solely focused on color science in video mode. This is not about the dynamic range, resolution, sharpness or noise performance, which are largely known to be favoured on Sony cameras.
