During the 2020 ARRL DX CW contest, CWops members CJ WT2P (left, in the "Run" chair) and Steve N9CK (right, in the "Mult" chair) use hand signals to work a Mult that Steve has found, interleaving his TX and RX cycles between CJ's RX and TX cycles.
