1) Skelly and Moudler are useless, they will cost more money than they can make back
2) Happiness is key, the more population you have the more happiness you need or you LOSE
3) money is expendable - as is population; you get more population at the end of each day so long as happiness goes up, so make sure your other stats are ok before doing anything
4) Money is expendable - if you go too low then you will get a visit from either Chester of Georgie who will give you money in turn for population
5) TAKE GEORGIES OFFER - Georgie will give you 'a one time deal' that takes 100 population to give you 2000 gold so if you can spare the people then definitely go for it
