In this video, Dr Arikana Chihumbori Quao talks about the Wakanda city of return in cape coast and the official launch in December this year. The ultramodern smart city is modelled around the architecture of the 'Wakanda City' as exhibited in the famous 'Black Panther' movie is expected to attract many across the globe to Ghana. It will also be a centre for teaching the history of the black race. The 'Wakanda City of Return' is expected to cause the coastlines of Cape Coast to witness the construction of 5 -Star hotels, heritage walkway, retreat and health resort, conference centres and the continental corporate headquarters of African Diaspora Development Institute (ADDI). They were you have great enthusiasm, but you seem merely a sale agent for the development. Ghana has extreme poverty all over it right now. Many thousands are in illegal mining because there are no jobs or industry in the north. Accra, the capitol is teaming with extreme poor scratching out just enough to eat a day, not many miles from this artificial wonder city of delusion. What good does this foreign enclave do for them? How is it going to pave the many, many dirt roads all over accra, tema and kumasi, let alone the rest of ghana?
    you speak very forcefully but you are just promoting this useless business venture, not anything that will equalize the outrageous income disparity and life conditions between ghanas won population. This will just make it worse
