#炸鸡#kfc式炸鸡#脆口炸鸡 炸鸡虽是很普通的美食,但要炸出冷却后,外皮依然脆口,鸡肉鲜嫩多汁,就有一点考功夫了。我把几个要点放进视频里,希望大家喜欢。 KFC式炸鸡/KFC style fried chicken♥️如何炸出脆鳞满满,肉嫩入味的炸鸡? 材料: 6一8支鸡腿 6瓣蒜头 半寸嫩姜 1茶匙黑糊椒粉 1/4茶匙辣椒粉 1茶匙鸡精粉 半茶匙盐 半茶匙芫西粉(serbuk ketumbar) 干裹粉: 400g面粉 100g粟粉 半茶匙苏打粉 1茶匙鸡精粉 1茶匙蒜粉 半茶匙胡椒粉 1/4茶匙辣椒粉 湿裹粉 250ml牛奶 1粒鸡蛋 半茶匙苏打粉 半茶匙盐 5大匙干裹粉 注:1)若喜欢辣,可增红辣椒粉 2)6至8鸡腿,约800g至1kg Ingredients: 6 to 8 chicken drumsticks 6 cloves of garlic Half inch young ginger 1 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp chicken powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp coriander powder (serbuk ketumbar) Dry frying powder: 400g flour 100g cornstarch 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp chicken powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp ground white pepper 1/4 tsp red chili powder Wet fried powder: 250ml milk 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 5 tbsp dry frying powder Note: 1) If you like spicy, add red chili powder 2) 6 to 8 chicken drumsticks, about 800g to 1kg
