Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for fair use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use. For what it's worth, this is my Sharp RT 442H cassette deck, I bought in 1972. It's playing a tape probably nearly as old, through my 1980 Leak 2000 tuner amplifier and 1972 Goodmans Havant speakers. It's still in excellent working order as is the rest of my gear, although I did change the belts about fifteen years ago. I don't think the reproduction (recorded on a little Lumix DMC TZ-60 camera) sounds too bad. To be honest, I don't play it much, but it's "there" and working if I want it, like a lot of stuff I hang on to and don't use much either.
