Ingredients for Egg masala
Eggs – 4 no’s
potato– 2 no’s
Dry/Fresh coconut – small piece
Cardamom – 1 no’s
Cloves – 2 no’s
Green Chilli – 2 no’s
Ginger – small piece (1 inch)
Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Coriander powder – 1 Tspoon
Cumin Powder – ½ Tspoon
Cumin – ¼ Tspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 Tspoon
Red chilli powder – 2 ½ Tspoon
Salt – As per the taste
Oil- 1 ½ Tbspoon
Tamato puree – 1 small cup
Onion – 2 no’s medium sized
Curry Leves – few
Garam Masala – 1 Tspoon
Method of Preparation:-
Turn on the stove and pour water in In a presure cooker add eggs and potatos and boil it for 2 Wissels.
In a mixy Jar add Dry coconut, cardamom, cloves, green chille, ginger, garlic, corinder power and cumin powder and grind it to smooth paste.
Open the Pressure cooker Lid and put the boiled eggs and potatos in a separate boil and remove the peal, mix quarter spoon turmeric powder and chilli powder and apply to the boiled eggs and potatos.
Now add oil in a pressure cooker and after oil gets heat fry the eggs and potatos and keep it in separate bowl.
Next in the same oil fry Cumin, curry leaves, chopped onions, salt and fry till the onions are transculant in color then add grinded masala and fry till the raw aroma of masala goes away, then add tamato puree and chilli powder fry for 5 minutes in medium flame.
Add 2 Medium glasses of water to the mixture and let it boil then add the fried eggs and potatos cook till the mixture gets littile thicken then add garam masala and cook for 2 minutes.
Egg Masala is ready to serve hot.
